Bakery and meat department job security. NO, wants right to eliminate departments, introduce products.
Cashier job security. NO, wants right to self scanners.
Tech change limits. NO
No contracting out. NO
Members should do work, not supervisors and salespeople. NO, maximize number of supervisors, no limits on salespeople.
Guarantee all full time jobs for term of agreement. NO, Company wants to TAKE THIS AWAY.
Hurt employees should be accommodated reasonably, their rights should be well protected. NO, Company offers poor language.
Extra Foods should be in Union as in Saskatchewan, BC, etc NO
Reduce probation period to 160 hours, Company shall be fair, in terminating probationers. NO
Full timers can go to part time. NO
Minimum one employee working in each department - supervisors should not run department alone. NO
